Compilation Engagement

We'll assist you in compiling your financial information into a standard format. Often these statements are used for tax reporting or internal purposes when our clients do not require an assurance report.

Review Engagement

When applying for financing or where having a review engagement would be beneficial, we'll prepare your financial statements in a way that verifies the plausibility of your accounts. Our review engagements consist primarily of enquiry, analytical procedures and discussions. This added assurance is what your banker is looking for.

Audit Report

An audit engagement provides an independent assessment of your financial information. This gives third parties a higher level of assurance when reading your financial statements. In compliance with the Canadian Auditing Standards, we perform detailed testing of your accounts and systems as well as conduct analytical procedures to ensure your statements are fairly stated. In addition, we provide a letter to management or your Board with our recommendations for internal control improvements and efficiencies.

Special Audits

Depending on your circumstances, a special report may suit your needs. For example, reporting on your compliance with a contract, reporting on interim financial statements, auditing your inventory or accounts receivable, providing comfort on a public offering and more.
